ISO  9001  Quality Manual   contains  documents  

     that  shall  be  Controlled:

Documents   describe  Key Process  Activities:

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) 

    Work Instructions    Forms & Records. 

    SOP's  and   work instructions 

    maintain consistency   in   performance.

    Documents   are   periodically   updated:  

    reviewed   and   approved   by supervisors and 

    additional documents created.

    The latest version distributed to concerned personnel.

    Outdated   Documents   after   their   retention   time 

    are   obsolete  and   therefore   withdrawn   and   disposed.
