    Services be prominently displayed  in patient registration area.   

     Brochures  served.


   Doctor  Diagnostics:   The initial   assessment  for   in-patients

      be   documented.

  

     Examining   and   Patient   Room   Upkeep   


      Labelling:  is a critical  requirement  

             Expiry dates shall be checked prior to dispensing.        


       Safety aspects and risk management:


       Infection control   program   aimed  at   reducing/eliminating risk.    


       Adequate   gloves   masks. soaps   and   disinfectants  

       shall be available.


        Hand   washing  in all   patient   care   areas.     


        Cleaning   and   sterilization   of   Equipments:


        Antibiotic   policy   be established   and   implemented.    


         Laundry   and   linen   management  processes. 

         Kitchen   sanitation   and   food   handling    procedures.      


         Procedures   shall   guide the   handling 

         and  disposal  of   infectious  and   hazardous   materials.     


         Feedback  and  Monitoring:

                     Patient   Employee   and  visiting   doctor   satisfaction.     


        Adverse  Events; Data  collection  to  support   improvements. 

   

        All   Audits   shall be   documented   and   remedial   measures 

        be   implemented.
