 Installing is a  joint effort  between  personnel and consultant.

Installing   Begins:     by  creating  a  Quality   Manual  of  business   Documents containing :

 Policies       Process and Procedural Documentation      Work Instructions    

 Forms    Records   and   Regulatory   documents:

          Quality Manual  provides support to management  personnel  directing daily activities. 

Creating  a  Quality Manual is creating Documents:

               Current documents are aligned to  ISO 9001 QMS  guideline clauses.  These  documents   

               together with  newly created  documents are  collected   in the Quality   Manual.

               Documentation ensures consistency reducing risk and errors 

               increasing reliability and safety    assuring control over all business activities.

Installation   Ends:     by  an internal audit  conducted by the consultant and  senior management 

whether  organization staff are knowledgeable  about  ISO 9001 QMS procedures:

       that documents are in place           procedures work instructions followed  

       Forms  records  itemized  adequately for data collection.

After  internal audit  surveillance audits  every year for next  three years;

renewing the certificate and putting the organization at par with other certified organizations,
